<span style="font-size: small;">Para o cheesecake:<br />2 CSP de aroma de limão (pode ser substituído por sumo)<br />100 g yoghurt 0%<br />125 g quejo creme 0%<br />1 CCH de adoçante<br />5 g de agar-agar <br /> </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Instruções:<br />Pré-aquecer o forno a 200°C.<br />Para preparar a base, misturar o farelo, leite e o ovo ligeiramente batido.<br /> Espalhar a mistura numa forma de fundo amovível forrada com papel vegetal. (A base fica +/- com 1cm de altura)<br /> Levar ao forno durante +/- 7 minutos. Retirar e deixar arrefecer. <br /> </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Com um garfo, misturar o yoghurt com o queijo creme e depois juntar o adoçante e o aroma de limão.<br />Aquecer 50 ml de água e juntar-lhe o agar-agar. Levar ao lume e deixar ferver por 30 segundos.<br />Bater as claras um pouco, adicionar 1 CCH de adoçante e continuar a bater até que fiquem em castelo. Envolver cuidadosamente o agar-agar e a mistura do queijo nas claras.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Deitar na forma sobre a base, tapar com película aderente e levar ao frigorífico durante pelo menos 8/12 horas.
